Today, I learned something new. I probably learned 10 new things, maybe even more.What did you learn today? When it comes to activity and an active lifestyle, we can consistently and constantly learn from others. We can learn new ways to strengthen and challenge our bodies, but also challenge our minds. We can look at our challenges and learn new ways to face them. Or, if that level of learning is too much for this hot day, we can learn about new gear and post-activity refreshment options. Learning is quite valuable and can be just the ticket to getting some forward momentum.
